It depends on the cause of the damage and your specific policy. We can help you understand what you're looking at, but coverage decisions are made by your insurance company, not by us.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential roof replacements take one to three days, depending on the size of the roof, material type, and weather.
Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes. All of our roofing and exterior work is backed by a lifetime workmanship warranty.
What's included in a roof replacement?
Tear-off and disposal of the old roof, roof deck as needed, underlayment, ice and water shield in vulnerable areas, and installation of the new roofing system with proper flashing.
What if you find rotted or damaged decking during the job?
All of our roofs are quoted with a one time price. That means that everything is included and more plywood doesn't change that. If you would like to replace more than that will be priced separately
Do I need to be home during the roof replacement?
No, but we recommend being reachable in case questions come up during the day.
How do you protect my landscaping and property during the job?
We use the Catch-All tarping system to make sure that everything is as protected as possible
Do you offer financing?
Yes, financing options are available. Ask your project consultant for details.
